They’ll happily give you a refund or send you another coffee of the same value. They currently do not accept returns or exchanges for their latte and cold brew products. Unused merchandise and unopened brewing equipment can be returned within two weeks of purchase. However, both their canned beverages and teas cannot be returned or exchanged.
