@metronetfiber When an outage like this happened with Charter they would offer a credit for any day effected. You support desk told me I wouldn’t get a credit until the outage reached 3 days? Is that really your policy?

I really hope @metronetfiber releases a TV app for their TV service soon so people can watch all of their channels including local channels on their mobile devices at home and away from home and during power outages and internet/TV outages with no signal interruption/reception.

Oh cool. Tried to cancel my @Suddenlink account. Apparently I've been using two modems this whole time (we don't even have 1) and they have to stop service 16 days later than I want. Help us @metronetfiber you're our only hope. #GreenvilleNC
